Wash hair thoroughly, towel dry to 80-90 % dry, and curl the hair with rods. 2.Heat perm healthy hair : 90-100 billion (plus 19 types) , generally damaged hair :80-90 degrees celsius for 8-10 minutes , severely damaged hair : 12-15 minutes ,generally damaged hair : 12 minutes if room temperature is too low , external heating for about 20 minutes. 3.Leave on the perm for 10-12 minutes , severely damaged hair : 6-8 minutes .Heat hair to approximately 60degress celsius for 5-8 minutes . 4.Cold perm , wait at room temperature for 25 minutes . 5.Removes rods, rinse,blow-dry, and style to complete the perm .
